Wednesdays are Pilates days. I always look forward to this day because that means “effort, effort, effort”. For a beginner, this is really difficult since it focuses on balance. And with the weight I am in, it’s a real challenge. I’ve been on this program 3 times already plus some aero class before Pilates sessions. In that very short time, I can feel some changes already. Physically, it’s not that visible yet, but the overall feeling of wellness is felt within me. I used to feel still tired and sleepy even after hours of uninterrupted sleep. But now, I am more energized than ever, hahaha. I feel good!
